TALA STORY: WHO WE ARE
TALA is an acronym for The African Lady Ambassador. TALA Academy is a coaching and mentoring institute for young African ladies keen on their purpose on earth and eager to live wholesome fulfilled lives. TALA Academy currently hosts two schools - TALA School of Discovery and Purpose (TSDP) and TALA School of Clarity and Emotional Wellness (TSCEW).
Since its inception in August 2020, over 3000 ladies from over 12 countries have taken part in our coaching programs and are now a part of our community.
TALA Academy
Our schools were incepted to raise and equip women who will be ambassadors of their purposes. We train them to become global standards by embodying our core values of VIRTUE and INTEGRITY of CHARACTER, always showing COMPASSION and applying EXCELLENCE in all our endeavors (VICCE).
TALA SCHOOL OF DISCOVERY AND PURPOSE (TSDP)
Awareness is the foundation of every purposeful venture and the reward for living in your purpose is fulfillment. This means that if you want to live a fulfilled life, you must walk in your purpose. Self-awareness is the foundation for living in your purpose. This is why the school of discovery and purpose was set up, to meet the needs of those who are yet to discover their purposes, or unlock their potentials. TSDP is set up to raise global standards who are ambassadors of their purposes

Expectations
The outcome of participants at the end of the program is twofold.
1. They will have a vast knowledge of:
- Their uniqueness
- The uniqueness of others
- Their values (intrinsic and extrinsic)
- Their purpose in the world
- Their vision and how to achieve those visions
2. They will be driven and motivated:

TALA SCHOOL OF CLARITY AND EMOTIONAL WELLNESS (TSCEW)
Life happens for us all in seasons. Hence, the verse says, “to everything, there is a season and a time under the heavens.” Some seasons are tougher than others and weaving through seasons can be more challenging. In most seasons of our lives, we will encounter conflicts. From the time we are born till when we leave this world, we will encounter conflicts in diverse forms. It is therefore important to see conflicts as a staple of life. Conflicts can be internal or external. External conflicts happen with people or nature (e.g., tsunamis, the sudden passing of a loved one, striving with people or events) External conflicts often lead to internal conflicts. In the world today, internal conflicts are one of the leading causes of ailments in the world. They show up as hurt, trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, anger, hate and more. These internal crises often times shows up on the physical body, which reduces the human quality of life.
